Centers of Clinical Excellence (CCE)
The CCE working group is a multidisciplinary international group of stroke recovery experts and stroke survivors led by Professor Marion Walker from university of Nottingham.
The group is composed by researchers, professionals, and stroke survivors from ten countries (including representatives from low and middle income countries).

How does the CCE group generate CCE criteria?

Methodology
We use Keeney’s value focused methodology for decision-making. This type of decision-making focuses on activities that help uncover objectives (rather than the opposite).

Selection process
We generate a list of ideas based on a list of preferences obtained from consulting researchers, practitioners and stroke participants. From this list a priority list is built for the next fase

Agreed definitions
Preferences are categorized and further defined in order to be able to test them and measure them when put in practice
