In late 2019, experts from different disciplines and countries met and created a 5-year strategy for the Alliance. Later in 2020, the creation of the International Stroke Recovery and Rehabilitation Alliance (ISRRA) was endorsed by 80 international stroke experts from around the world.

The milestones proposed in 2019 started to be envisioned since the first Alliance meeting, which was held in Philadelphia in 2016.

Currently we are in the start-up phase, focusing on building effective and impactful partnerships that help us.
